WELCOME TO MILK DE LA MILK

Breastfeeding is natural, but it isn’t always straightforward. Many parents stop earlier than planned due to concerns about milk supply, pain, or latching difficulties. However, 98% of women are biologically capable of producing enough milk. Breast milk is perfectly designed for your baby, easily digested, and provides everything they need to grow and thrive.
With the right support, challenges such as discomfort, worries about milk supply, or re-lactation (resuming breastfeeding after a break) can be overcome.
I offer compassionate, personalised guidance for breastfeeding, lactation, combi-feeding, transitioning to bottle, re-lactation, stopping breastfeeding, and relaxation techniques to support a calm and positive feeding experience.
A consultation can give you the confidence and knowledge to meet your feeding goals—whether you’re just starting out, re-establishing breastfeeding, or combining breast and bottle.
I’m here to provide expert advice and practical solutions to help both you and your baby thrive.
For more information or to book a session, feel free to get in touch. Milk de La Milk offers compassionate, personalised support for every stage of the feeding journey.
